From Pangong, we went back to Leh and celebrated Adi's birthday and later went out for dinner with the Motoholics and heard their sad story of BMWs falling dead. Then we finally left Leh for good. We were going to go to two mountain lakes - Tso Moriri and Tso Kar - and then join the Leh Manali road at Debring.
We went to see the sights around Leh - Patthar Sahib gurudwara and this Magnetic hill, where the magnetic field is supposed to make the water flow uphill. What nonsense! It's a bloody con.
It was a pretty rough ride to Tso Moriri!
With the usual hurdles
The scenery was wonderful!
And it was pretty late by the time we finally reached
So alas - there was no time for photography - it was soon too dark to see anything
We were content with getting a good nights rest
