Now we completed the initial Jiri - Lukla section, and crossed over into the higher Himalayas. We had acclimatised nicely and I was feeling very fit and so we had no problems as we started crossing the tree line and entered the Tibetan plateau. The greenery dwindled and the amazing snow capped mountains started appearing in view.
