It was a pang to leave such a lovely place
I stopped at this hotel with a lovely bamboo terrace with an awesome view. The hotel guy must have been irritated with people who just came to see the view and didn't order anything - so he started charging a fee to enter that viewpoint!
The miraculously clear waters of Dawki - the water is transparent like glass!
What magical clarity ... especially for moving water! No turbidity at all!
The boat ride takes us to this little white water
You can get off the boat and chill on the rocks for a bit

This is the bridge over the river that leads to the Bangladesh border
The other side of the river was chockablock with Bangladeshi tourists!
Well this is a first... an Indian border where no one is trying to shoot you!
