Journeys end
Inspite of all that adrenalin, feeling sleepy was a big problem on that dark and deserted highway - and I was really glad to see a stall selling Red Bull. That gave me a caffeine jolt which kept me awake till we got back to Guwahati and checked into our hotel.
The next day we returned the bikes to Imu, who was pleasantly surprised that I hadn’t crashed the bike or come to a bad end - considering that I started the ride by falling down the ramp while coming down from his place!
WOOHOO!

We had done it - the mission had been successful!
